How do I pay for the order? |

How soon will the order ship? |

All orders will ship the same day or next day. |

What materials are these animals made with? |
|
The moulds of these animals are made from plastic. The coverings are made from rabbits, sheep, or goat fur, which were raised in a farm for their food value. |

Do you back order? |

No, we do not give back orders unless you specifically mentioned. 95% units in stock at all times. |

Freight & Terms |
|
Freight: All orders are shipped UPS Ground. For orders over $100.00, freight is usually 10%~15% of how much you ordered. Exceptions are : Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Caribbean and International.
Terms: Net 30 days available with approved credit. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted. COD shipments are available for an additional charge of $8.50. Returned check fee is $20.00 |

Shortage Claims or Damaged Goods |
|
Please inspect all boxes upon receipt. For shortages or damages, please call within 25 days of receipt of goods. In addition, if the outer carton is damaged, please keep all boxes and packaging material available for UPS inspection until instructed by Furry Animal Kingdom to return or discard. |

Returns |
|
If there is cause for the return of merchandise, please notify Furry Animal Kingdom for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. |
